Through the provisioning of Level-1 telephone support, ARM will provide basic trouble shooting services and support for all solutions deployed. Where appropriate, the support levels can be enhanced to meet the customer's specific requirements. ARM's goal is to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and after sales support is one mechanism whereby this goal can be achieved.
